The Homeless Memorial Ceremony

Garden State Episcopal partnered with the Church of the Incarnation to host the memorial for homeless individuals who died during the year. This even was well-attended by 50 individuals and included a speech given by the mayor. People lit candles in remembrance as a way of saying good bye. Read More at the Jersey Journal

The Bergen Court Apartments
GSECDC has secured all approval and 3 million dollars in financing to commence the rehabilitation of 242 Bergen Avenue. The project will produce 12 units of affordable housing and eliminate a blight fronting a public school.
Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit Program
GSECDC secured a planning grant to work with community stakeholders to create a neighborhood plan to address the needs of Greenville residents.
