Resurrection House-This project included the adaptive re-use of an abandoned school building into 28 units of affordable housing at 69 Storms Avenue and involved over $4M in tax credits. It is the first development project completed within the Monticello Redevelopment Area. JCECDC is the General Partner.

Mid-City I & II-This scattered site in-fill new construction rental housing project encompasses 44 two family homes for a total of 88 units of housing. This project involved over $8M in tax credits and encompasses a 10 block area, providing major momentum in stabilizing the area in the mid to late 1990s. JCECDC is the General Partner.

Corpus Christie Ministries Housing (CCMH) - In 1998 JCECDC acquired two congregate living sites from CCMH Inc. A third site was completed by JCECDC in 1999 as a gut-rehabilitation for family rentals for special needs populations. This program currently has 16 units and houses over 40 people annually.

Eugenia Suthern Houses- Located across the street from Resurrection House at 80-82 Storms Avenue, this in-fill new construction for sale project encompassing two (2) attached two family homes and was completed in 2005.



The Grant/Myrtle Homes- Located at 29, 121 Grant Avenue and 123-125 Myrtle Avenue, this scattered site, infill new construction for sale project was completed in 2007.



The Greenville Homes- Located at 21-23 Orient Avenue, 94 Wegman Parkway, and 119 Rutgers Avenue this scattered site, infill new construction for sale project was completed in 2009

All Saints Supportive Housing Community- Bergen Ave- This project involved the new construction of a multifamily structure with 8 units of supportive housing for single individuals. The project also included a case management office, a social hall and was completed in April 2009.

Houses of Hope- This project involved the acquisition of an existing 2 family home on Clerk Street for conversion into 6 congregate living units for special needs individuals
